Introducing Mark (myself), Sam and Damian. The three muskateers.
Not so long ago, I started feeling a bit off. My digestion wasn’t at it’s best, and I was left feeling bloated and lethargic, particularly around mid day. This was really frustrating, for only a couple of hours after breaky I was not feeling energised for the rest of the day. I decided to Seek the advice from my naturopath Damian. The first thing Damian asked me was what I ate for breakfast.
Confused,I thought about what I ate..
‘I eat a really healthy breakfast- I have muesli with milk, youghurt and fruit’. But for some reason an hour or so after breakfast I feel yuck, my stomach is bloated and my day doesn’t continue as smoothly. I tried having toast for breakfast instead, but this seemed to worsen the problem’.
Damian asked me to try his cereal he’d put together for a week or two, and see how I went. I was to notice changes in energy levels, digestion, and defecation (pooing).
Admittedly I was a intrigued, though a bit skeptical. Could this cereal really help me? Would it taste yummy, or would it be like lots of health products out there, designed for nutritional benefit but not taste?
A few days later, Sam, my business partner in crime, asked me what I was smiling about. I showed Sam the poo chart, whilst jumping up and down, pointing at number 4 ‘NUMBER 4 NUMBER 4 I DID IT !!!!’ Sam, a little disgusted and ever so curious, asked what the hell I was talking about.
You see, my digestion started to settle down once I swapped the usual cereal I was eating to the now WBC, which made for regular and stress-free toilet time. The last thing we need in the midst of a busy day is time wasted on the toilet. Toilet troubles were a thing of the past!
This new discovery lead to WBC, as Sam, Damian and I decided to share our little experience with the world, and hope that everyone, no matter who you are, will get something out of WBC. Whether it’s the motivation to want to improve your diet, do a little exercise, meditate, join something you love, laugh more, love freely and share!
