“My wife and I were introduced to Damian Kristof’s cereal a couple of months ago, and have found it preferable to any other cereal that we have previously used.
It is flavoursome without being sweet, it is chewy (you do have to chew every mouthful) without tasting like cardboard, and it certainly is filling.
Provided it is eaten as recommended, i.e. with fruit, yoghurt and rice milk, then it certainly keeps you going until lunchtime, without the need for a mid-morning snack.
