COOL STOOLS
Your regular check to good health
A delicate subject but your bowels can often be a signpost to your health. They can indicate how effectively your digestive system is working, whether your fluid intake is sufficient and if you are eating enough fibre.
Food and drink enter the digestive system where they are broken down to provide nutrition to keep our bodies working. Then, the residue or ‘waste’ comes out. The shape, size and appearance of these stools can tell whether your eating and drinking habits have been been good for you or you have been caught out! Our stools are like a health detective.
Regular checks also can often detect a problem in its early stages, which is often a tremendous benefit.
Go to our chart and see how you are! It’s not as gross as you may think and it is part of the daily routine of thousands of health-conscious people.
It’s cool to check your stools – and its even better to be healthy!
